Hillington Cash and Carry v Shindo Kaur Kooner [2025] SAC (Civ) 24
Ampersand’s James McConnell K.C. acted as senior counsel for the respondents in this appeal. The case arose out of a dispute about missives and a commercial lease. The respondents had been successful at proof and were largely successful in resisting the appeal.
