Successful defence in dental negligence claim
Sheriff Arthurson QC has pronounce decree of absolvitor in favour of the defender in a claim for negligence of a dentist.
Paul Reid acting on the instructions of the MDDUS, was successful following proof at Edinburgh Sheriff.
