Aidan O’Neill appointed QC in England & Wales
Congratulations to Ampersand’s Aidan O’Neill QC who has been successful in his application to be appointed Queen’s Counsel in England & Wales.
Aidan is a leading authority in EU law and has a significant profile in equality law and employment law issues, as well as a very strong practice in public law and judicial review. He has been a QC in Scotland since 1999 and regularly appears as senior counsel before the UK Supreme Court, as well as before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, the House of Lords, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
The Silk Ceremony will take place on Monday 13 February.
