New Act of Sederunt on Pursuers’ offers comes into force on 3 April 2017.
New Chapter 34A (4) of Rules of the Court of Session 1994 and Chapter 27 of Ordinary Cause Rules 1993, Scottish Statutory Instrument No. 52, setting out the rules have been published. The new rules can be found here
