Commercial Disputes Half-Day Conference 2026

The Royal Faculty is pleased to present again its popular annual commercial disputes conference. A keynote address by Lord Cubie will be followed by a series of short presentations by a range of counsel practising in commercial disputes, including Ampersand’s Sheana Campbell on “Going Concerned” – A brief review of 2026 insolvency issues for commercial and insolvency practitioners.
