Lauren Sutherland QC is one of the leading civil litigators in Scotland, with vast experience of a wide range of civil actions. She will speak on the need for expert evidence in particular cases, the instruction and management of experts and their reports, and the effective leading and cross examination of skilled witnesses. She will also discuss the main and current cases on expert witnesses and their evidence.
