IMPORTANT – Ampersand Clerking during COVID-19 (last updated 30 March 2020)

In light of current advice from the UK and Scottish Governments, the entire Ampersand clerking team are working from home until further notice.

Our business continuity plans are fully operational and our clerks remain contactable by email and telephone on the details noted below. Email contact would be preferable, if possible, in the first instance, as would electronic delivery of papers, where practicable. If you have hard copy papers to deliver, please contact our clerks in the first instance.

Members of the stable remain available for work and can be contacted by email and telephone as normal. We will be using video conferencing and other platforms when required to deliver services.

Ampersand Advocates will continue to provide a high level of service during these unprecedented times.
