A look at the two recent decisions of the UK Supreme Court on Vicarious Liability (April 2020) – designed to correct misunderstandings of the lower courts concerning the governing principles of the application of secondary liability.

Your personal information will be retained for a period of 2 years from the end of the year in which the event for which you provided us your details took place.
