AGILISYS LIMITED v CGI IT UK LIMITED and CGI IT UK LIMITED v AGILISYS LIMITED [2018] CSOH 112
Multi-million pound dispute over termination of an IT Subcontract. This decision follows a 4-week proof in front of Lord Bannatyne in the Commercial Court focusing on the preliminary issue of responsibility for failure to meet milestone dates under the Subcontract (and, as a significant part of that, the service of contractual Relief Notices under the Subcontract by the pursuer).
