SYLA Beyond the Basics webinar – “Instructing an advocate”

In partnership with Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association (SYLA) as part of their Beyond the basics series, Ampersand Advocates are presenting “Instructing an Advocate” on 3rd March.

This free webinar will hear from Isla Davie QC will discuss the role of an Advocate. Fiona Drysdale, advocate will then focus on working as a legal team. Finally, Alan Moffat, Advocates’ Clerk, will consider the practical steps that can be taken when instructing an Advocate.

The panel will then answer questions from attendees.

The event will last approximately one hour and count towards CPD for qualified lawyers.
